Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Chief Strategist for Accreditation, Data Analytics, and Transformation Initiatives, the Assistant to the Chief Strategist provides high-level support and coordination to the Office of Accreditation, Data Analytics, and Transformation. This position seeks a creative, independent problem-solver who is proactive, adaptable, and observant. The Assistant demonstrates sound judgment, and discretion, pays close attention to detail, and can multi-task under pressure. The Assistant performs a variety of routine to moderately complex clerical and administrative tasks in support of the activities of the office. The incumbent also provides professional customer and public service.
Qualifications
Must be a quick learner who can function in a high-performing office with attention to detail. Needs strong organizational planning and interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Must be able to determine and act appropriately in emergencies.
A high degree of judgment, tact, and professionalism are also necessary. Requires a Bachelor's degree in business or other relevant fields with five years of responsible administrative experience.
