Introduction

Join our team as a Sanitation & Quality Control Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality within our facility. Your expertise will help maintain a safe and compliant environment, contributing to the overall excellence of our operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections to ensure compliance with sanitation and quality standards

• Collaborate with team members to ensure all sanitation tasks are completed efficiently

• Conduct pre-op & post-op inspections

o Including visual inspections & ATP verification

• Oversee and perform manual cleaning including tear-down and inspection

• Monitor CIP processes & perform chemical titrations

• Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in sanitation and quality control processes.

• Maintain chemical room and allocate chemical distribution to production staff

• Perform routine documentation inspections and verifications throughout the plant

• Conduct environmental testing

• Review and sign off on daily production logs for each department

• Perform routine compliance check inspections

• Provide leadership and training to personnel performing sanitation procedures & chemical handling

• Perform GMP Inspections

• Any other job duties as assigned

• As part of the Minerva Dairy Team you will be expected to support the operations in food safety programs such as washing your hands, wearing clean uniforms, eating in designated areas, and arriving to work in good health and hygiene.
