Job Details
- Develop and maintain quality documentation for inspections and processes, ensuring compliance with up-to-date regulations.
- Manage daily quality activities, addressing concerns in line with industry standards.
- Define and monitor Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Implement preventive quality control methods, including Statistical Process Control (SPC) and problem-solving techniques.
- Analyze quality data to establish standards and reliability expectations for finished products.
- Oversee in-house Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) operations.
- Provide technical expertise to engineers, inspectors, and manufacturing personnel on quality matters.
- Address product quality issues, manage customer complaints, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure successful new program launches, focusing on quality risk mitigation during the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
- Lead customer audits and manage claims resolution.
- Initiate and drive quality improvement programs based on risk assessments to exceed customer standards.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure their products and services meet our quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality management within manufacturing environments,
