Job Details
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation for inspections and processes, ensuring compliance with up-to-date regulations.
  • Manage daily quality activities, addressing concerns in line with industry standards.
  • Define and monitor Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Implement preventive quality control methods, including Statistical Process Control (SPC) and problem-solving techniques.
  • Analyze quality data to establish standards and reliability expectations for finished products.
  • Oversee in-house Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) operations.
  • Provide technical expertise to engineers, inspectors, and manufacturing personnel on quality matters.
  • Address product quality issues, manage customer complaints, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure successful new program launches, focusing on quality risk mitigation during the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
  • Lead customer audits and manage claims resolution.
  • Initiate and drive quality improvement programs based on risk assessments to exceed customer standards.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure their products and services meet our quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality management within manufacturing environments,
