Job Details
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications or a degree in a relevant field are preferred.
- Experience: 6-8 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of aerospace industry standards and regulations, including AS9100, ISO 9001, and AS9102.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in performing inspections using measurement tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).
- Supplier Quality Expertise: Hands-on experience conducting supplier audits, assessments, and evaluations, with a strong grasp of quality management systems and processes.
- Problem-Solving & Process Improvement: Familiarity with root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and statistical process control (SPC) methodologies.
