Job Details
  • Lead and develop the Quality Assurance team to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Oversee Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and international regulations.
  • Conduct internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections.
  • Manage risk assessments and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Ensure all quality-related documentation (SOPs, batch records, validation protocols) meets compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to enhance quality processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for greater efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of quality assurance experience in pharmaceuticals, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, risk management, audits, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
